The principal Phase 1 Construction tasks for Summer 2022 are:

• Pour full-perimeter concrete frost walls.
• Pour concrete foundations and pads for columns.
• Install steel structural columns and beams.

If sufficient funds are available, work on the dome and the roof could also begin in 2022.
