Location

The 1040-square-foot Kitchen will be located in the back corner of the building, adjacent to the dining hall.

Purpose

It will be a commercial Kitchen capable of serving hot food to 500 people.

Equipment

Gas stoves and ovens, chapati hot plates, a dough mixer and bread proofer, an air fryer, a freeze dryer, commercial dish washer, three sinks, commercial fridge and freezers, a walk-in cooler, a walk-in pantry, and lots of counter space and storage.

Safety

Commercial exhaust hoods will keep the Kitchen free of smoke and moisture.

Food Serving

Food and beverage service will be situated at the east end of the Dining Hall, just outside of the Kitchen.
